The Free Laptop Scheme in Uttarakhand will encourage students to secure good marks in Class 10th and 12th board exams.Meritorious students of state government schools will be given free laptops. Its proposal has been sent to the government on behalf of the Directorate of Education. According to Education Director RK Kunwar, a provision of Rs 1.5 crore has been made for this in the financial year 2019-20. After the mandate, the meritorious students will be given laptops. |
