Procedure to Apply Online UP Gopalak Yojana Application Form 2021
Step 1- Visit the nearest medical officer’s office and ask for UP Gopalak Yojana Application.
Step 2- After that, take the Application form and read it carefully.
Step 3- Then you have to fill all the information asked in the application form.
