- First of all you have to go to the official website of UP District .
- Now it will open in front of you at home.
- On the home page, you have to click on the option of Citizen Login .
- After that you have to click on the option of New User Registration .
- Now the registration form will open in front of you.
- You have to enter all the important information asked in this form like your name, date of birth, gender, residential address, pin code, district etc.
- Now you have to click on Save option.
