WB Snehaloy Housing Scheme Online Registration Process
West Bengal Snehaloy Housing Scheme 2022 Online Application / Registration Form: Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee announced a new housing scheme named “Snehaloy“, under which the underprivileged families will be given Rs 1.20 lakh each from the state government to build houses. The scheme is limited to poor people not owning pucca house and who are homeless or living in kutcha, dilapidated, semi pucca house and otherwise not covered under any existing housing schemes.
All Eligible Applicants who want to apply to this scheme then read all instructions carefully and follow the given below steps to apply online application form:
Procedure to Apply Online West Bengal Snehaloy Housing Scheme Application Form 2022
Step 1- Visit the Official Website of West Bengal Snehaloy Housing Scheme i.e. wb.gov.in.
Step 2- On the Homepage, Click on the Option “Apply Online” button.
Step 3- The application Form page will be displayed on the screen.
Step 4- Now enter the required details (Mention all the details such as name, father name, date of birth, gender, address, mobile no and other information) and upload documents.
Step 5- Click on Submit Button for the final submission of the application.

Selection of beneficiaries:
This scheme targets eligible families who couldn’t be covered under existing housing schemes. District Magistrate will collect bank particulars, land details and personal details to the Housing Department in the Format as per annexure-A in his/ her original signature in hard copy along with a soft copy.
On receiving the details from District Magistrate, Housing Department will accord Administrative approvals and release funds to District Magistrate for release to the beneficiary account by bank transfer/ RTGS through IFMS directly. Details of bank accounts and land availability have to be collected by District Magistrate as per format.

The scheme is for those economically backward people who don’t qualify for the state government”s present housing scheme Bangle Awas Yojana.In the WB Snehaloy Housing Scheme 2022-21, the entire amount of assistance would be borne by the state government. There are 25,000 people from economically weaker sections (EWS) category who does not have their own houses. They had telephoned the chief minister’s grievance cell requesting for a house to live in as they are not entitled to Bangle Awas Yojana.Through the Snehaloy Housing Scheme houses will be provided to all the families of the state who had lodged a complaint related to the availability of accommodation on Didi ke Bolo portal.
