Step 1- First of all, you have to get the application form of Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana from Agriculture Extension Officer.
Step 2- After that, you have to fill the application form carefully.
Step 3- Now you have to attach the photocopy of all the important documents like loan book, B-1, Aadhar number, bank passbook from the application.
Step 4- Now you have to submit this application form to the Agriculture Extension Officer.
Step 5- After this, the Agriculture Extension Officer will have to verify your application and submit it to the concerned Primary Agriculture Credit Committee within the prescribed time limit.
Step 6- After this, the farmers can get acknowledgment from the concerned Primary Agriculture Credit Committee.
Step 7- If the account holder is joint then in this case the registration will be done with the numbered name. All such account holders will have to submit the consent affidavit and other important documents of all the account holders along with the application form. Aadhar assistance amount will be deposited in the account of the registered number farmer. The distribution of this assistance amount will be done by the account holders with mutual consent.

Input Support amount under CG Kisan Nyay Yojana
- Under the scheme, from Kharif 2021, along with paddy, the main crop of Kharif, Maize, Kodo-Kutki, Soyabean, Arhar and sugarcane producing farmers will get Rs. 9,000 per acre input assistance will be given.
- In the year 2020-21, the area from which the farmer sold paddy at the minimum support price, if he replaced paddy with Kodo-Kutki, sugarcane, tur, maize, soybean, pulses, oilseeds, fragrant paddy, other fortified paddy, banana, papaya If he plants or does plantation, then he will get Rs. 10,000/- input assistance will be given. The farmers doing plantation will be given input assistance for three years.

Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana Guidelines
- The data of all these registered farmers will be validated for Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Yojana and for other crops another portal will be started by the revenue department which will have area wise, crop price coverage.
- The input subsidy amount will be calculated for crops other than paddy, maize, sugarcane growing farmers. For which data will be collected from Bhuiya portal.
- The application form will be verified by the Agriculture Extension Officer. After this, the farmer will have to get himself registered with the cooperative society and submit Form One along with all the necessary documents. This important document is the photocopy of loan book, Aadhar number, bank passbook.
- In this scheme, benefit will be provided only on those crops whose information is given in the guidelines. Apart from this, the benefit of this scheme will not be provided on any other crop.

Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana Verification Process
- Those farmers who will plant other crops, it will be mandatory to get them registered with the concerned Primary Agricultural Credit Co-operative Society.
- The verification of the registration form will be done by the Rural Agriculture Extension Officer.
- This verification will be done through the data of Girdawari. Which will be available on the Bhuyan portal.
- After verification, farmers will be able to get themselves registered with the cooperative society.
- The registration process has to be done before 28 February 2021.
- In the registration, farmers have to submit all the important documents such as loan book, aadhar number, bank passbook photocopy and registration form.
- Under the Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana, assistance will be provided on only those crops which are covered under this scheme.
- Under the Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana, those farmers who have not registered themselves can not take advantage.
- Based on the database that will be received under this entire process, the assistance amount will be directly transferred to the farmers’ account through direct benefit transfer through the nodal bank.
