All the preparations have been completed by the government to release this amount. This scheme was launched last year. Under Rajiv Gandhi Gramin Bhumihin Krishi Majdur Nyay Yojana , the registration work is going on till 30 November 2021. More than 451000 landless agricultural laborers have got themselves registered. Scrutiny of applications took place after registration. After resolving the claim objection after scrutiny, the final list of eligible citizens was published. More than 4 lakh applications received under the scheme
Rajiv Gandhi Grameen Bhumiless Krishi Mazdoor Nyay Yojana has been launched by Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel . Through this scheme, assistance is provided to the rural landless agricultural laborers of Chhattisgarh. From 1st September 2021 to 30th November 2021, applications have been received under this scheme at the gram panchayat level in all the districts. So far more than 441658 applications have been received under Rajiv Gandhi Grameen Bhumiless Krishi Mazdoor Nyay Yojana. The work of registration of all the received applications is being done at the district level. Apart from this, the application is being tested through the Tehsildar of the area. All eligible citizens will have to submit an application to the Gram Panchayat of the village to get the benefit of this scheme. The implementation of this scheme will be done by the Department of Revenue and Disaster Management.
List of eligible beneficiaries will be prepared after the test
Through Rajiv Gandhi Gramin Bhumihin Krishi Majdur Nyay Yojana , beneficiaries will be identified and financial grant assistance will be provided to them on an annual basis. This assistance will be ₹ 6000 annually which will be deposited directly into the beneficiary’s account. Through this financial assistance, the standard of living of the beneficiary will improve. All the citizens of Chhattisgarh who do not have agricultural land and those who are associated with poor farming system like shepherd, badai, blacksmith, cobbler, barber, washerman and priest will be provided the benefit of this scheme. Apart from this, from time to time, eligible citizens of other classes will also be added by the government. A list of eligible beneficiaries will be prepared after examining all the applications received under this scheme. This list will be kept in the Gram Sabha for receiving claim objections. After the disposal of the claim objection, the final list of eligible beneficiaries will be published.

Rajiv Gandhi Grameen Bhumiless Krishi Mazdoor Nyay Yojana has been launched by the state government for the landless agricultural labor families residing in rural areas. Through this scheme, landless agricultural laborer families are provided support which is ₹6000 annually in grant-in-aid. This scheme will be launched from the financial year 2021-22. All eligible citizens can apply under this scheme. Applications will be accepted from 1st September 2021 to 30th November 2021. The applications will be submitted to the Secretary of the concerned Gram Panchayat. Apart from this, a district level meeting was also organized by Collector Sunil Kumar Jain.
- Through this meeting, detailed training and guidance was provided regarding the scheme. Only the native workers of Chhattisgarh are eligible to get the benefit of this scheme. All these people will be eligible only if they do not have agricultural land available.
Final list will be prepared after disposal of claims and objections
The members of the family include the wife or husband of the landless agricultural labourer, children and their dependent parents. If any agricultural land is available in the name of the parents of the head of the family and the head of that family has succession rights, then he will not be eligible to get the benefit of Rajiv Gandhi Grameen Bhumiless Krishi Mazdoor Nyay Yojana . Apart from this, the land received for residential purpose will not be considered as agricultural land. It is mandatory to apply on the official website to get the benefit of this scheme. For the application, a copy of B forest will be pasted on the basis of Bhuiya record in the Gram Panchayat. So that the identity of the landholding family can be clarified.
The applicant has to submit his Aadhaar number, copy of bank passbook, mobile number along with the application. The entry of the application will be done by the concerned department in the Janpad Panchayat level portal. Tehsildar will verify the list. Implementation of Rajiv Gandhi Rural Landless Agricultural Mazdoor Nyay Yojana
The implementation of this scheme will be done through the Commissioner / Director Land Records at the state level and the District Collector at the district level. Firstly all the eligible beneficiaries will register themselves on the portal. After registration, the Gram Panchayat wise list will be prepared by the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat. This list will be verified by the official from the Bhuiya records. It will also be ensured in the verification that agricultural land is not available in the name of the mother or father of the head of any landless agricultural family. The head of all such landless agricultural families, whose agricultural land is available in the name of their parents, will not be provided the benefit of this scheme.
After this, the list of beneficiaries will be presented by the Gram Panchayat in front of the Gram Sabha for objection.
