| Applicant must be a permanent resident of Maharashtra.If a man has two girls, he can get benefits under the Majhi Kanya Bhagyashree Scheme 2021.If a third child is born, then both the first born girls will not get the benefit of this scheme.To get the benefit of this scheme, the annual income of the girl’s family should be Rs 7.5 lakh.For this, it is mandatory to undergo sterilization within 1 year after the birth of a daughter or within 6 months of the birth of another daughter.Interest can be withdrawn only after the girl’s age is 6 years and 12 years. After completion of 18 years of age, both principal and interest can be withdrawn. |
