Madhya Pradesh Nishulk Cycle Vitran Yojana 2022: Online Application Form PDF Download – Free cycles are provided by the Madhya Pradesh government to eligible girls enrolled in classes 6th and 9th to continue their education. The benefit of free cycle scheme is available to all such girls of all classes, whose secondary education facility is not available in their village and who go to another village/city and study in government schools by taking admission in class 6th and 9th. 

Under the scheme, the maximum grant amount for an 18-inch cycle for girls of class 6th is Rs.2300/- and for girls of class 9th, the maximum grant amount for a 20-inch cycle is Rs.2400/- per eligible girl child. is given by the government. 

Last year 1.98 lakh girls got the benefit of this scheme. With this scheme, the interest of girls in studies has increased, the number of drop-out girls has decreased and their self-confidence is also increasing. 

Online Free Cycle Delivery System

• In this system, school-wise by the block/district, the names of girls eligible for providing free cycles and other necessary data will be entered in the online portal.
• The necessary amount will be made available by the government by aggregating this data.
• Monitoring of the implementation of the entire scheme at the state and district level can also be done online.
• With the use of this system, there will be transparency and speed in the process of implementation of this scheme.
• School-wise, village-wise list of all the beneficiary girls of this scheme is also being made available for transparency and to inculcate the tendency of social audit in the general public.

Implementation of Madhya Pradesh Free Cycle Distribution Scheme

• All the mapping work on the education portal will be completed by the District Education Officer.
• If the mapping of any school is left, it will be completed immediately.
• The selection process will be started by the government after mapping.
• The entry of all the students admitted to the selected students through Format One B will be completed immediately.
• The eligibility of all the students will be checked by the software.
• The verification of the eligibility list will be done by the Principal at his level.
• In the verification, bank account number, mobile number, aadhar number etc. will also be verified.
• The Principal of the concerned school will have the right to accept and approve.
• After locking the eligibility, a proposal will be sent by the principal to the cluster center principal for payment.
• After making the payment, the entry of the voucher number of the bill will be compulsorily done by the concerned principal on the education portal. Only then the payment will be validated.

Beneficiary Eligibility Guidelines:

• Applicant should be from rural area from Madhya Pradesh.
• The student should be studying in class 6th or class 9th.
• There should not be a middle or high school in the applicant’s village.
• The distance of the school from the student’s village should be more than 2 kms.

Objectives of Madhya Pradesh Nishulk Cycle Vitran Yojana 2022

MP Free Cycle Vitran Yojana, Madhya Pradesh government has introduced free cycle Vitran Yojana. Under this scheme, the government aims to provide a free cycle to the students of 6th & 9th. The main objective of the scheme being run by the state government is to provide cycles to all the girls of the state. Under this scheme, girls studying in class VI are given a maximum amount of ₹ 2300 for an 18-inch cycle. Along with this, girls studying in class nine are provided a maximum amount of ₹ 2400 for a 20-inch cycle. Apart from this, the number of dropout students will also come down. This scheme will also prove to be effective in increasing the confidence of the students.

Benefits and Features of MP Free Cycle Vitran Yojana

• Madhya Pradesh Free Cycle Distribution Scheme was launched by the Government of Madhya Pradesh in the year 2015.
• The Madhya Pradesh government is providing the facility of providing free cycles to the eligible girls enrolled in 6th and 9th class.
• Samagra Address will be used as place of residence of the student.
• An amount of ₹ 2400 will be distributed in the bank account of the beneficiary to buy the cycle.
• Student wise enrollment reported on Shiksha becomes the baseline for enrollment at the school.

• Only the HM of the School could register details with regards to the disbursement of the Cycle “grant”. As desired All Class 6 Students are presented to the HM to determine eligibility of a student for Free Cycles.
• Mobile number and Account number would be registered and verified by the Principal of HS/ HSS.
• Students would be sanctioned cycle under the scheme by the DDO and the requisite bill be generated from the system.
• System would accept UNIQUE CHEQUE NUMBERS against each student at a School
• System will ensure cycles are sanctioned by the DDO in the order of the verification of eligibility of the student. This will ensure no discretion being exercised by the DDO in the disbursal of funds for the cycle.
