Mukhyamantri Kanya Sumangla Yojana will be implemented in six stages:-

Step 1- Visit the Official Website Ministry of Women and Child Development (MKSY) i.e. https://mksy.up.gov.in.
Step 2- On Homepage, Click on the Citizen Service Portal link in the left and menu.
Step 3- You will be asked for consent to the terms and conditions of the scheme. Here you have to click on the link “I Agree” below.
Step 4- The registration Form page will be displayed on the screen.

मुख्यमंत्री कन्या सुमंगला योजना की पात्रता की अहर्ताएं
1. लाभार्थी का परिवार उत्तर प्रदेश का निवासी हो तथा उसके पास स्थायी निवास प्रमाण पत्र हो, जिसमें राशन कार्ड/आधार कार्ड/वोटर पहचान पत्र/विद्युत/टेलीफोन का बिल मान्य होगा।
2. लाभार्थी की पारिवारिक वार्षिक आय अधिकतम रु0-3.00 लाख हो।
3. किसी परिवार की अधिकतम दो ही बच्चियों को योजना का लाभ मिल सकेगा।
4. परिवार में अधिकतम दो बच्चे हों।
5. किसी महिला को द्वितीय प्रसव से जुड़वा बच्चे होने पर तीसरी संतान के रूप में लड़की को भी लाभ अनुमन्य होगा। यदि किसी महिला को पहले प्रसव से बालिका है व द्वितीय प्रसव से दो जुड़वा बालिकायें ही होती हैं तो केवल ऐसी अवस्था में ही तीनों बालिकाओं को लाभ अनुमन्य होगा।
6. यदि किसी परिवार ने अनाथ बालिका को गोद लिया हो, तो परिवार की जैविक संतानों तथा विधिक रूप में गोद ली गयी संतानों को सम्मिलित करते हुये अधिकतम दो बालिकायें इस योजना की लाभार्थी होंगी।
Eligibility Criteria for Mukhyamantri Kanya Sumanga Yojana
| 1. | The family of beneficiary must be resident of Uttar Pradesh and must have proof of residence for the same under which Ration Card/ Aadhar Card/ Voter ID/ electricity bill / telephone bill will be valid. |
| 2. | The income of beneficiary’s family must be maximum 3 Lakh per annum |

| 4. | Family must have maximum two children. |
| 5. | If woman delivers twin babies in her second delivery then the third girl child will also be eligible for benefit. If woman has a girl from first delivery and she has twin girls from her second delivery then only in this condition all the three girls will be eligible for benefit. |
| 6. | If a family has adopted a orphan girl then the maximum of two girls will be benefitting under the scheme including the biological children and the adopted girl child. |

– बच्ची के पहली कक्षा में प्रवेश के समय 2 हजार रुपये दिए जाएंगे|
– बिटिया के छठवीं कक्षा में प्रवेश के समय 2 हजार रुपये दिए जाएंगे|
– नौवीं कक्षा में प्रवेश के समय 3 हजार रुपये की मदद दी जाएगी|
– 10वीं और 12वीं कक्षा की पढ़ाई के लिए 5 हजार रुपये दिए जाते हैं|
Amount of Monetary Benefit Dispersed
Under Kanya Sumangala Yojana, the state government bears the expenses of education of daughters. This includes Rs 2000 at birth, Rs 1000 for completion of one year vaccination, Rs 2000 at the time of admission in class-1, Rs 2000 at the time of admission to class-6, Rs 3000 at the time of admission to class-9 and tenth and twelfth 5000 will be given in lump sum upon passing the examination and taking admission in degree or diploma course of two years or more. In this way a total of 15 thousand rupees are given.
