Priyadarshini Nagar Jaipur JDA New Scheme
Jaipur Development Authority invites online application forms for residential plots in Zone 11 Jaipur. Total 359 residential plots are available for LIG and MIG category people. 194 plots are available in Mohan Lal Sukhadia Nagar, Dahmikhurd, Ajmer Road, and 165 Plots in Priyadarshini Nagar Estuary, Sanganer. These plots will sanction on the basis of the lottery system. Online registration for these plots has already started yesterday. Applicants may apply via jda.urban.rajasthan.gov.in website before the last date.

Eligibility Criteria JDA New Housing Scheme
- To apply for LIG- A annual income of the applicants family is must Rs. 300000/-
- To apply for LIG-B annual income of the applicants family is must in between Rs. 300000/- to Rs. 600000/-
- To apply for the MIG category annual income of the applicants family is must in between Rs. 600000/- to Rs. 1000000/-
- Applicant must be a resident of Rajasthan state
- Age of the applicant is must be 18 years
- Bank account is must on the name of the applicant
- Applicant or his/ her wife/ husband or dependent must not have any residential house in any area of the state.
- JDA must not allot any plot/ house in the name of the applicant in past 10 years.

Application Processing Fee
Applicants have to pay Rs. 500/- to apply for the scheme registration. You have to pay this fee during registration via debit card, credit card, net banking etc. or by depositing cash at e-Mitra Kiosk. If the plot is not allotted then your registration (processing) fee will be refunded.

- From the home page of the website you have to go to “Registration for Allotment in JDA Residential Schemes”
- Select the “proceed” option and a new page will appear on the screen
