A Registered applicant with employment exchange shall apply online in digital mode only on https://hreyahs.gov.in. If applicant is not already registered in the “Live Register of Employment Exchange” he/she may now registered on www.hrex.gov.in website of the Department.

Procedure to Apply Online Haryana Saksham Yojana Application Form 2020
Step 1- Visit the Official Website of Haryana Saksham Yojana i.e. http://hreyahs.gov.in/.
Step 2- On this home page, you will see the option of Login / Sign in, click on this option and then select your qualification.
Step 3- Then click on the new registration option.
Step 4- Click on Submit Button for the final submission of the application.
Step 5- After clicking on this link, you have to select your qualification and click on the link of “Go to Registration”.
Step 6- Now click on the checkbox and follow the necessary procedure to fill the Saksham Yuva Yojana Registration Form .
Step 7- Fill all the information asked in the registration form like name, address, date of birth, Aadhaar number, mobile number etc.
Step 8- After filling all the information in the form, OTP will be sent to the mobile number filled in your form.
Step 9- After filling all this information, you will have the registration form of Saksham Scheme open. After filling the remaining information in this form, click on the “Register” button at the bottom.

| The applicant should be a domicile of Haryana.Applicants, who are only Graduate or 10+2 qualified, should be registered in the Live Register of any Employment Exchange in the State for a minimum period of three (03) years as on 1st November of a year.10+2/Graduate/Post-graduate applicants should be registered in the Live Register of any Employment Exchange in the State on the date of application.The applicant should have passed the 10+2 examination from a Board recognized by Haryana Government.Two-year certificate/diploma course passed after Matric from any Board/University recognized by Haryana Government.The applicant should be holding a Graduate degree from a University recognized by Haryana Government.Applicant should have passed any recognized three year certificate/diploma course after 10+2.The applicant should hold a Post-graduate degree from a University recognized by the Haryana Government.The applicant’s age should be between 21 to 35 years.The applicant should not be an employee dismissed from Government Service.Applicants should not be in any kind of employment e.g. public/private sector/quasi-government or self-employment.The annual family income of the applicant shall not exceed rupees three lakhs (Rs.3 lakhs) from all sources. |

| The scheme aims to provide Unemployment Allowance & Honorarium to the eligible youth.This scheme also intends to provide allowance to eligible educated unemployed youth of Haryana for their skill up-gradation.This is expected to enable such youth to develop their skill which in turn will enable them to take up employment or self-employment in the Sector of their choice, since this scheme empowers the youth to choose the Sector in which they would like to develop their skill. |

| Under the ‘Saksham Yuva Yojana’ being run by the Haryana Government to enable unemployed youth, a total of 1 lakh 41 thousand 770 eligible youth are being given unemployment allowance of Rs 21 crore 55 lakh 74 thousand 900 per month.As per the scheme, unemployed allowance and honorarium will be paid soon to the registered competent youth for the month of April 2020, and this will continue in the coming months as well.Unemployment allowance is being given to the eligible postgraduate youth registered under the scheme, Rs. 3,000 to the graduate youth, Rs. 1500 to the graduate youth and Rs. 900 per month to the ten plus two (10 + 2) class pass youth.In addition, these registered able youth are given honorarium of up to 6000 by giving a maximum of 100 hours of work in a month in various departments or boards of the state government.This honorarium is given in any month according to the work actually done by that capable youth. |
