Apart from this, a permanent waiting list was prepared under this scheme as informed by the Rural Development Minister. Target achieved so far in Bihar under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana

A survey was conducted in Bihar under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana . According to this survey, about 32 lakh 57 thousand 990 such families were found whose names were not in the permanent waiting list. The list of all these families was sent to the Central Government ‘s Awas App Plus after 3 years. Out of all these families, 30 lakh 81 thousand 494 families were found eligible and 1 lakh 53 thousand 847 families were found ineligible. This year’s target has been set keeping in mind the families registered on Housing App Plus. Soon all the districts of Bihar will be allotted different targets by the department.

11 lakh 76 thousand 947 houses have been constructed under this scheme in 2016-17 and 2017-18, 13 lakh 2 thousand 259 in financial year 2019-20 and 7 lakh 82 thousand 102 houses in financial year 2020-21. Including the target of this year, so far the target of 44 lakh 10 thousand 925 houses has been achieved in Bihar.

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana List Final Phase

The housing scheme was started by the Prime Minister of our country, Narendra Modi, with the goal of providing pucca houses to all the citizens of the country by the year 2022. This plan has now reached its final stage. By 2022, now all citizens will have their own pucca house . By combining these two phases, a target of constructing about 2.23 crore houses has been set so far. In contrast, a total of 1.83 crore houses have been built. 75000 beneficiaries of 75 districts of Uttar Pradesh got the benefit of the scheme

UP Awas Yojana January 2021 Update

Purpose of PM Urban Awas Yojana

The main objective of this scheme is to provide the facility of a pucca house by the government to the urban poor people of the country who do not have a pucca house to live in or are homeless. First, a target has been set to construct 2 crore pucca houses for the poor sections by March 2022. The government is trying to build pucca houses in select cities with the help of builders. The houses provided under this scheme will be owned jointly by an adult female member or with males.

Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, 50 thousand rupees are provided as the first installment, 1.5 lakh rupees are provided as the second installment.
50 thousand is provided as the third installment. All those persons who do not have their own house and their annual income is less than ₹ 300000 can apply under this scheme.

Under PM Awas Yojana , the facility of geo tagging will be made available. For which a special campaign will be run by the government. Collector Ravindra Kumar Chaudhary has told that all the complaints which are registered on the CM helpline will be resolved by November 30. It is also being ensured by the Collector that the Aadhaar seeding process is also completed at the earliest . The Collector has instructed to complete the Aadhaar seeding of all the beneficiaries in 3 days. Strict action will be taken against all those PCOs and Secretaries who will be negligent in the work of seeding Aadhaar.

During the updation on the portal in the month of August and October, the names of some beneficiaries have been deleted due to non-completion of documents.
All those beneficiaries who have not uploaded their complete documents should upload the complete documents as soon as possible.
Documents should be verified by the officials and the benefits of the scheme should be provided. The collector has issued instructions to all the ward secretaries and urban bodies that this work should be completed at the earliest.

Income Category Under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana List

PM Awas Yojana (Urban) 2022

Pradhan Mantri Shahri Awas Yojana was launched on 25 June 2015 by the Prime Minister of our country, Shri Narendra Modi, for the economically weaker sections, low income group and middle income poor families of the urban areas of the country who do not have their own house or have a kutcha house. National Urban Housing Fund which is Rs 60,000 crore has been allocated for the funding of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.
Affordable housing will be given infrastructure status.
The GST will be 8% to 1% for affordable housing projects and 12% to 5% for other housing projects.
An initial corpus will be provided under the Affordable Housing Fund, which will be Rs 10000 crore.
Income tax exemption will also be provided. This exemption will be provided under section 80-IBA. Which will be for 30 to 60 square meter metro city and 60 to 90 square meter for non metro city.
An alternate investment fund will be introduced which will be of Rs.25000 crores.
