Chief Minister Arogya Arunachal Yojana 2022: CMAAY Enrollment Online Application Form PDF Download – Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY) & Chief Minister Arogya Arunachal Yojana (CMAAY) are the initiatives of Central & State Govt. respectively, which is being implemented by the Chief Minister Arogya Arunachal Society with a vision to accord quality and cashless health care services to the people of the State envisaging Universal Health care to all by 2030.

The decision to launch this scheme was made by the Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh Pema Khandu. The Health and Family Welfare Department will be responsible for the implementation of this scheme. Through this scheme cashless treatment is provided to the poor tribal citizens of the state upto a limit of Rs 5 lakh. Citizens can avail Rs 1 lakh for secondary treatment and Rs 4 lakh for tertiary treatment. Primary treatment is not covered under this scheme. Unit of Enrolment: A family will be the unit of enrolment and head of family can be either the husband or wife. Every family figuring in defined SECC Database will be entitled to claim benefit under the Ayushman Bharat-National Health Protection Mission.

Sum Assured: The schemes provide coverage for meeting expenses of hospitalization and surgical procedures of members of beneficiary family upto Rs 5 Lacs per family per year with capping of benefits for Secondary ailments at Rs 1 Lac per family per year and Rs 4 lacs per family per year for high cost tertiary ailments.

Who is eligible to avail its benefits?

• Under AB-PMJAY, beneficiaries identified as deprived rural families and occupational categories of urban workers’ families as per pre-defined Socio-Economic Caste Census (SECC) data of 2011.
• A list of eligible families has been shared with the respective state government as well as ANMs / Medical Officer I/Cs of PHC &CHC/ BDOs of all concerned areas.
• Under CMAAY, beneficiaries identified are Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribe (APST) members / Non-Tribal families with Resident Certificate (RC) of Lohit, Namsai & Changlang districts and State Government employees & their dependents.
