1 lakh families will be benefited
Haryana Antyodaya Parivar Utthan Yojana has been started with the aim of making the families living below the poverty line self-reliant. Through this scheme, a target has been set to increase the annual income of Antyodaya families to 1.85 lakhs. Under this scheme, assistance will be provided to 1 lakh families by the government. For which 292 Antyodaya Melas will be organized at 160 places in the state. So far, 148333 families have been identified for providing assistance under this scheme. Haryana Antyodaya Parivar Utthan Yojana launched
On November 28, 2021, the Chief Minister Antyodaya Parivar Utthan Yojana has been launched in the state by the Chief Minister of Haryana, Mr. Manohar Lal Khattar . For which video conferencing was also organized by the Chief Minister. This information was provided by the Chief Minister through this video. Haryana Government is making all important efforts to increase the income of the citizens living below the poverty line. For which a survey was also conducted by the government in the state.
Through this survey, data of various families with annual income of ₹ 50000 and ₹ 100000 has been revealed. To increase the income of all such families, efforts will be made by the government through Haryana Antyodaya Parivar Utthan Yojana. Apart from this, this information was also provided by the Chief Minister, on December 25, 2021, Good Governance Day will also be celebrated by the government and a program of Gram Utthan Mela will also be organized in 24 blocks.
Eligible families will be identified through special campaign
A special campaign has also been launched for identification of eligible families under Antyodaya Parivar Utthan Yojana . This campaign will be started from 29 November 2021. By December 25, 2021, special camps will also be organized at 180 places. Apart from this, identity cards of 70 lakh families will also be made. Out of which the identity cards of 65 lakh families have been made. There are about three and a half lakh such families across the state whose income is less than ₹ 100000. In the first phase of this scheme, 1.5 lakh families will be identified and helped.
Apart from this, there are 80000 such families across the state whose annual income is less than ₹ 50000. All these families will be provided the benefits of schemes being run for bank loan related or skill development till January 2022. He will come to the camps of all the beneficiaries, they will be provided information about different schemes to increase the income. Nodal officer will be appointed by the government to run the camps. Apart from this, public representatives and social workers will also cooperate for the operation of these camps. Bank representatives will also be present in the camp.
Objective of Antyodaya Parivar Utthan Yojana
The main objective of this scheme is to increase the income of the families coming below the poverty line. So that he can become independent and strong. Under this scheme, identity cards of all such families will be made by the government. So that all those families can be identified. Under the Haryana Antyodaya Parivar Utthan Yojana , skill development training will also be provided to the beneficiaries. Through which he will be able to get employment opportunities. The benefits of the scheme will be provided through the camps

Fair will be organized from 29 November 2021
Antyodaya Mela will be organized in the state from November 29, 2021 with the aim of providing benefits of Haryana Antyodaya Parivar Utthan Yojana to every family of Haryana. All the elaborate preparations have been made by the officials for organizing this fair. Necessary guidelines related to this fair have been provided to the Deputy Commissioners across the state through video conferencing by V Umashankar, Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister. The fair will be organized effectively by all the officials as per these guidelines.
Applications will be received from all the citizens who will be present in the Antyodaya Mela. Permission will be given on these applications by the bank officer. A nodal officer will also be appointed for organizing the fairs. Citizens will get SMS or call from Headquarters. So that citizens can reach the fair on time and give their application. Permission will also be given to them on the spot.
Keeping in mind the block and the number of beneficiaries, the fair will be organized
The fair will be organized according to the block and the number of beneficiaries. On the first day of the fair, after receiving the applications from the beneficiaries, their permission proceedings will be initiated by the bank and on the second day of the fair, the benefit of the scheme will be provided by providing the permission letter. A venue has also been earmarked for holding the fair where adequate number of stalls will be set up. 6000 families of Karnal district were selected under the scheme
Haryana Antyodaya Parivar Utthan Yojana was launched with the aim of increasing the income of the families living below the poverty line . This scheme was started to make poor citizens self-reliant and empowered. Under this scheme 6000 families of Karnal district have been selected. This is the family whose income in the family identity card is shown as ₹ 50000 or less. 17 departments will provide the benefits of the scheme to the citizens of all these families by going door to door as per the need. The benefit of 40 schemes will be provided to all these families by the government. 41st plan will be ineligible.
- 20 zones have been created in the district to provide quick benefits of this scheme. Whose Nodal Officer is Additional Deputy Commissioner Yogesh Kumar and Member Secretary is District Social Welfare Officer Satyawan Dhillod and Technical Work is District Education Officer Mahipal Sikri.
- Officers’ meeting was held by Yogesh Kumar on 20 September 2021. In this meeting, directions were given to extend the benefits of this scheme to all the needy citizens. It was also provided by them that the income of the identified families has been fixed at ₹ 100000 in the first phase and ₹ 180000 in the second phase. To complete this task 5 days have been given to the concerned officers.
Karnal district divided into 20 zones
The district has been divided into 20 zones, out of which 8 Block Development and Panchayat Development Offices, 6 Municipalities and 6 Zones have been made in Municipal Corporation Karnal. The BDPO will be the team leader at the block level. Apart from this, Block Education Officer, CDPO and 6 social workers will also be involved. Under this scheme, the secretary in the municipality has been made the team leader. He will be accompanied by Block Education Officer CDPO, 6 Social Workers and Executive Engineer Team Leader in Municipal Corporation, Block Education Officer CDPO and 6 Social Workers team.
Apart from this, DDPO will inspect the village level zone and EO Municipal Corporation will inspect the zone of municipality and municipal corporation. 10917 families identified under Haryana Antyodaya Parivar Utthan Yojana
As you all know Haryana Antyodaya Parivar Utthan Yojana was started by the Chief Minister of Haryana, Mr. Manohar Lal Khattar. Under this scheme, identity cards will be made for all those families whose annual family income is ₹ 100000 or less. So far, a total of 10917 families have been identified under this scheme. The annual income of all these families is less than ₹25000. All these families are being verified by the administration. This verification process is being done through door to door verification. After the completion of the verification process, all these families will be provided benefits under the Haryana Antyodaya Parivar Utthan Yojana .
Of these 10917 families, 1909 from Bawal Block, 215 from Bawal City, 941 from Dahina Block, 236 from Dharuhera Block, 274 from Dharuhera City, 866 from Jatusna Block, 805 from Khol Block, 984 from Nahar Block, 2460 from Rewari Block, Rewari 2227 families have been identified from the city.
